FATHER LACOMBE SPORTS PERFORMANCE

FITNESS GOAL SETTING

Name: Kimberly

The fitness test I would most like to improve upon is: wall sit

Now you are going to create a SMART goal!

Specific (who, what, where, when)

Measurable (how will you know when you have achieved your goal)
Action Oriented (what will you be doing to work toward your goal)
Realistic (choose a goal that is possible to achieve with hard work)
Timebound (when would you like to have your goal completed?)
My SMART goal is: To work on building muscles and grow to a decent size. To gain weight from
gaining muscles. Have a healthy diet that will work well to building muscles.

My SPECIFIC goal: work on abs and all the common arm and leg muscles.

How will I MEASURE my progress? every week and month until the end.

What ACTIONS will I take? I will work 3 days a week and on those days, I will work on
everything with tiny steps until I can do it for a long time.

My goal is REALISTIC: Yes or No (circle one)

This goal is TIMEBOUND. I will achieve it by: next school year

List 3 challenges you might face that will make it difficult to reach your goal:

1. School work/hobbies

2. Mood (laziness, tired, not motivated)

3. Bad diet

What actions can you take to overcome those challenge? Have a planned schedule, set a
reminder, and use time wisely.
