REQUEST FOR FIELD TRIP TO PACIFIC PLASTIC Ltd OMBE

We are requesting for a Field Trip for our Mechanical and Petroleum and
Chemical Engineering students of the third and fourth year to enable them better
understand the theory they study in Polymer Engineering and Synthesis and some
aspects of Health and Safety in the workplace as studied in the course:
Occupational Health and Safety.

The students are 9 in number, three girls and six boys and the Lecturer.

We would solicit the school bus to convey us to and fro.

Three rooms for the students at the cost of 10,000 FRS per night for two nights -
60,000frs, feeding of 2,000frs per student amounting to 18,000frs
