EXPERIENCE IN ANAESTHESIOLOGY AND SUBSPECIALITIES

General Anaesthesia

During my post-graduate training I have got ample experience in

providing anesthesia for surgical specialties like General surgery, Orthopedics
surgery,Paediatric surgery,Neuro surgery, Thoracic surgery, Open heart surgery,
Plastic Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urology, Oral & Maxillofacial
surgery and Ophthalmology.

I am also experienced in intensive care management of adult and pediatric

patients and neonates. I got exposure in providing intensive care for post
cardiac, Neuro surgical and medical patients.
Regional Anaesthesia

I got trained in various regional anaesthetic techniques- spinal anaesthesia,

continuous epidural analgesia & anaesthesia, brachial plexus block, femoral
nerve block,popliteal nerve block, ankle block, caudal epidural blocks.

Invasive procedures

I am well experienced in inserting central venous cannula in internal

jugular vein, subclavian vein and femoral vein. I have done ample number of
radial artery cannulation.

Pain procedures and palliative care

I could assist the faculty in providing various invasive procedures like

stellate ganglion block, celiac plexus block, lumbar sympathetic block, foraminal
injections, epidural steroid injections for patients with intractable pain both
cancer and non-cancer. I was also involved in managing patients under
palliative care both out-patient and in-patient.
