naDiviDe,bight School, Jajeetpur, Kankhal, Uttarakhand - 249408.
Thàtthe tenancy period has been fixed for the period of eleven months from 01.08.2023 to
01.07.2024 and after completion of the tenancy period, the tenant will be bound to vacate the
rented portion without delay, otherwise, the owner will be entitled to evict the tenant and get
the possession of rented portion, tenant will not create any objection and file a suit.
3. That the leaser has handed over the actual and physical possession of the demised premises to
the Rent and the Rent shall always enjoy the peaceful and uninterrupted possession of the
demised premises.
4, That the Rent shall pay '3,500/- per monthas rent to Landlord for that premises.
5. If the tenant does not pay the above fixed rent regularly for two months to the owner, then in that
case, the owner shall have full right to evict the tenant soon without notice.
6. Both the parties of this agreement are responsible for giving one month notice period to each
other before vacant the premises and any amendment in the agreement.
7. That the tenant will use the rented premises for the purpose of Business and the owner will not
have any objection for any Government related matters.
8. That the tenant shall not sub-let, assign or
with or without rent. transfer the said portion to any person in any way 1.c.
