1. Students must wear their prescribed uniforms from Monday to Friday, EXCEPT On Wednesday when they will wear
their MAPEH Uniforms.
2. Boys must wear new haircut every first day of the month.
3. School ID must be worn inside the school at all times.
4. Cut classes are strongly discouraged and 20% absence from the total number of days in a school year means drop.
5. Forgery is criminal act- so students are strongly discouraged from doing it.
6 Girls are discouraged from wearing shorts, skimpy and suggestive attire.
7. Boys are prohibited from wearing earrings, bangles and bands that suggest gang affiliations and dark glasses except
on school related activities.
8. Littering must be discouraged- once caught- the student will be requested to pick his own litter and those which are
found in the nearest vicinity.
9. Shouting, making catcalls, and laughing boisterously inside classrooms and school premises are strictly prohibited.
Proper decorum must be observed at all times.
10. Loitering outside classrooms is not allowed during class hours.
11. Cheating during test is also not allowed.
12. Vandalism is prohibited. It is an act of destroying or defacing school properties.
13. Recruiting/Joining organizations like gangs, fraternities and sororities is prohibited.
14. Any form of gambling is prohibited inside the school premises.
15. Entering inside the school campus under the influence of liquor is an offense. Once caught, the subject will be held in
the guard house and be picked up by the guardians or parents. The incident will be recorded in the anecdotal and the
measures will be discussed with the adviser, guidance counselor or the CPC.
16. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the school campus and within 50- meter radius area from the school.
17. Bullying is a serious offense. Those who are found guilty of it will be dealt with accordingly.
18. Dating with boyfriend/girlfriend inside the school campus is prohibited.
19. Bringing weapons inside the school premise of any type or kind is prohibited.
20. Coming to school late will be recorded in the anecdotal.
21. Wearing of make- up/ lipstick for girls and eyeliner for boys is strictly prohibited.
22. Buying/Eating junk foods is strictly discouraged.
23. As we adopt the new normal in this times of pandemic, the inter- Agency Task Force (1ATF) as mandated, the
wearing of face mask in public places especially inside the school premises is a must to avoid direct transmission of the
virus.
24. Safety health protocols must be strictly implemented inside the school premises like social distancing, frequent
handwashing, and sanitizing.
These offenses must be dealt with the teacher/ class advisory levels, with the Teacher Guidance Designate and or with
the Child Protection Committee (CPC) and will be included in their teacher's narrative reports. The nature of the offense,
the interventions applied and the manner of resolutions must be indicated in the report.
