 NUMBER OF SLIDES : 15 TO 20.

 NOT INCLUDING ANY TYPE OF ANIMATIONS.

 Include only essential points.

 Highlight the key points.

 Should be short and to the point, include only key words and phases for

visual, reinforcement.

 Font Style Should be Readable –

Recommended fonts: Veranda,Times new roman.

 Font size must be 24.then only it is clear visible and understand.

 The larger, the better. Remember, your slides must be readable, even at the

back of the room.

 DO NOT USE ALL CAPITAL LETTERS – Makes text hard to read

 Remember that You want the audience to focus on what you present, not the

way you present.

 Don’t use multiple backgrounds in your presentation ,Use the Same

Background on Each Slide.

 Changing the style is distracting

 Limit Each Slide to One Idea.

 Use Bullet Points to Cover Components of Each Idea

 Limit each bullet point to only a few words to avoid long sentences that go

on and on!

 Use dark slides with light colored text in large hall events

 Another thing to avoid is the use of a large block paragraph to introduce

your information.

 The graph contains not too much information in an unreadable format.

 Graphical content should be visible in clear manner.
