Job Description for Intern

Candidate should have willingness to learn aspects of Finance world such as Accounting and Auditing,
Reporting, Managing compliances etc. Below are the roles and responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities of the positions:
 Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
 Responsible for Balance Sheet and P&L reviews, reconciliations etc.
 Statutory audit - This includes preparation of financial statement, balances sheet and P&L
schedules, note to accounts etc. Liasoning with statutory audit to close the statutory audit on time.
 Completion of internal audit and IFC compliance on time.
 Intercompany receivables and payables settlement
 Support Tax team for information needed for Advance tax calculations, Tax audit, Transfer
pricing, GST submissions, Tax assessments, etc.
 Manage Secretarial compliances.
 RBI / FEMA compliances
 Ad hoc projects
Good to have skills:

 Prior experience of working in Accounting and Finance domain.

 Knowledge of Oracle ERP application
 Knowledge of Taxation laws and Company Act
 Eye for details and focused on outcomes.
