Sales & Marketing Department:
Our Sales and Marketing department is the forefront of our organization, this
would always need to take place before our any other business process may
begin. Our Sales & marketing management involves breaking down of selling
process and increasing the effectiveness of the discrete system as well as
improving the interactions which includes outbound calling, the sales pitch,
handling objections, locating prospects, building trust with existing and future
clients and opportunity identification with their excellent skills and well-trained
staff.
HR Department:
The company promotes acceptance of equal opportunity at all. Therefore, in
support of this deal this policy works actively on selecting the candidates. The
recruitment and selection process are fair and transparent. The Policy aims to
achieve the appointment of highly talented staff considering the skills, abilities,
knowledge and aptitude needed to carry out a particular role.
The HR department controls and checks every act of individual and ensures to
maintain high standards at all times. Our HR promises driving in good results and
to make sure every employee has been given equal rights. No discrimination of
any thing (Racism, Cast or Religion).
This is solely HR responsibility all employees should follow and implement as per
company code of conduct. Our HR makes sure that every employee avails their

Accounts Department:
Our Accounting department refers to the division in a firm that looks after the
preparation of financial statements, maintenance of general ledger, payment of
bills, preparation of customer bills, payroll, and more. In other words, they are
responsible for managing the overall economic front of the business.
Our Accountants provide accounting services and manages the finances of our
company responsibilities include recording accounts, paying bills, billing clients
and customers, tracking assets and expenditures, managing payroll, settlements
letters and keeping track of critical Tax Invoices.
More functions of Accounting which they perform very well includes: Control of
Financial Policy, Formation of planning, Preparation of the budget, Cost control,
Evaluation of employees' performance, Prevention of errors and frauds.
Managers need accurate and timely financial data to make intelligent decisions
for the growth of company. Account department takes hold of all the
transactions, online payments and maintaining forecast.
Account department supervises all other accounting staff / junior accountants and
reports to Director of finance. They prepare reports for audit team and make sure
it all goes well. They are responsible for all financial situation of company.
Operations Department:
Our Ground Team plays an important role in performing Jobs. Our team always
strives to do the best for customers. The team is scheduled by customer service
department as per customer’s given time team arrives and performs Job in a very
professional way. Our team makes sure the work is done during the said time. The
team uses all precautionary measures.
We strive to align our own business practices and principles through the projects
we deliver to our clients. The safety of our people and the communities in which
we operate always comes first.
We believe that our long-term success as a business is dependent upon the ability
to keep our workforce and members of the public safe.
We do have First Aid Treatment for protection of our employees and Hazard
Communication Program as part of our employees’ Health and Safety
Precautionary measures. It is mandatory for the observance and protection of our
occupational health & environmental protection.
We set HSE programs for spreading valuable knowledge that prevents our staff
from accidents, illness, and injuries while reducing environmental toxins, and
spillage. It is what our organization does to make sure that their activities do not
cause harm to anyone.
