Terms and conditions
• All prices above are exclusive of GST and other taxes applicable.
• For each of the programs BASIC will require either a security deposit of INR5 lakhs in the form of a FD with first lien marked to Basic Enterprises Private Limited or an undated
cheque with maximum withdrawal limit of INR20 lakhs in favor of Basic Enterprises Private Limited
• Top slabs will be considered as per the top slabs provided in the document above.
• Payouts will be released only after the case is received in the MIS and BASIC has received the payment from Bank.
• For each disbursal, Rs 500+GST will be deducted by BASIC enterprises for payout payment processing
• Our payout cycle is twice a week and all collected cases are paid on every Wednesday and Friday.
• Original, Seen and Verified (OSV) Process:
o OSV process has to be carried out by the Franchise partner themselves and if any document discrepancy is noted in the OSV process which leads to any fraud or
misconduct then appropriate action will be initiated as per the Franchise agreement
• Only those cases will be considered for payout which are processed using the BASIC Agent app with proper OSV. OSV to be handled by the Franchises themselves.
• In case of bank capping on a case, the payout will be limited of the maximum capped amount. In case of any subvention, the same amount will be deducted from the final payout
• Payouts as applicable on the disbursement date will be considered and not as on the login date
• Leads shared by BASIC to Franchise:
o Based on the plan the leads will be shared over the period of franchise tenure. There is no monthly leads commitment but over the period of tenure the total leads
committed will be provided
o BASIC team will assist in getting the documents from the customer for Login
o All the leads will be for property identified cases
o Payout on the leads shared by BASIC to Franchise will be as per the Franchise programs (for example for Super90 it is 90% of the top slab etc.)
o BASIC provided leads will be shared with 3 Franchise and for exclusivity please contact your RM
• Any changes in the above payouts, will be communicated promptly through Email and/or WhatsApp and/or SMS on your registered mobile and email id with BASIC
