average, mode etc. for complex statistical operations, the user need someunderstanding of statistics.

4.Generating Reports and Budget forecasting

Use spreadsheets to report trends or make business forecasts. These reports can be made
available to everyone at the company; they can take the time to analyze the data for themselves. It's
easy to make comparisons between sets of data.
