AN ORDER REORGANIZING THE MEMBERS OF THE

BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC)
OF BARANGAY ______, NAIC, CAVITE,

WHEREAS, Local Government Units were authorized to participate in implementing

infrastructure programs and provided with greater authority to approve contracts to implement
projects falling within their respective jurisdiction;

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 01 – 2004 of the Government Procurement Policy Board

(GPPB) adopted and confirmed the composition of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) in
LGUs including the Barangay as follows:

“At least five (05), but not more than seven (07), regular members of the Sangguniang
Barangay who shall elect among themselves who shall act as the Chairman and Vice-
Chairman”

WHEREAS, the assumption to office of the new set of Barangay Officials necessitates
the reorganization of the new members of the Bids and Awards Committee;

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of power vested upon me by R.A. 7160, otherwise known
as the Local Government Code of 1991, I, Hon. _________, as the local chief executive of
Barangay ___________, Naic, Cavite, do hereby order the designation of the following Barangay
Officials to the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE:

Section 1. COMPOSITION.

The following shall compose the BAC of Barangay Cabilang Baybay:

Section 2. All members be furnished a copy of this order.

Section 3. Effectivity. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
