1. What is the differences between the role of a teacher and a parent in the
education of children?

In my opinion, for a child to develop comprehensively, the roles of both parents

and teachers are very important. The role of teacher is to convey knowledge and
create conditions for students to apply knowledge in real life. Moreover, a teacher
is also a role model for students to follow and inspires students to learn.
Meanwhile, parents need to teach their children how to behave properly and
provide them with the soft skills that they need for their life.

2. What suggestions would you give to teachers to improve education?

I think the most important role of a teacher is to transmit knowledge and inspire.
But for today's generation of students, who are increasingly motivated, two roles
are not enough. Teachers must act as friends of students to be able to talk and share
with those students. Because psychology is an important factor in the acquisition of
knowledge by students.

3. What is the best way to education children in your opinion?

The best way to educate students is to combine learning knowledge in school with
practicing and applying what they learn in real life. At the same time, we need to
create conditions for them to develop their talents and create an environment where
they can comprehensively develop important skills.

4. How can we help children realize their talents?

In my opinion, we need to let children be exposed to various activities as in sports,

arts, and fashion to mention a few broaden – search leading to increase in finding a
child’s passion of interest. Parents and teachers also need to encourage children’s
gifts and passions. Even if their passions seem so unrealistic, let them dream and
follow their heart. After that they can find out what their interests and talents are.
At the same time, they know how to develop the talents they have so that they can
become the role model they always want to be.
