SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES

BETWEEN PARTICIPANT I AND PARTICIPANT II

Both Participants I and II look for the best way to meet the needs of their students,

which is where they have similarities. They both had teaching experiences during the

pandemic, and they both felt that it was difficult due to the restrictions that made it

challenging for them to teach.

The ways that Participants I and II teach to fulfill the needs of their students differ

from one another. According to participant I, she concentrates on the skills that her students

are lacking before teaching them how to apply those skills effectively. While Participant II

challenges her students' critical thinking by asking questions about the topic that they have

just discussed.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, the interviewers observed that both teachers have similarities and

differences from the method they educate and from the way they accommodate the needs of

their students. They also learned that in order to be a successful teacher, you must be capable

of assessing how your students are doing with the subject you are teaching. Finally, the

interviewers believed that each teacher had the ability to meet the needs of their students on

their own given that they were closely associated with them thoroughly.
