1. The following was what took place at the Google Meet virtual platform meeting. 1. The student
Isaac Bonilla initiated the virtual room, summoning all the members of the team together with
M.C. Dalila Blanca Pérez Pérez.
2. The student Rogelio Morales presented the draft of the minutes for the evaluation of the same.
3. Several colleagues presented different doubts to M.C. Dalila Blanca Pérez Pérez, to which she
responded.
4. M.C. Dalila Blanca Pérez Pérez instructed by means of an example given by the Universidad
Autónoma de Baja California for the general analysis of the equipment.
5. Subsequent to this event, M.C. Dalila Blanca Perez Perez proceeded to retire.
6. The proposal of companies began to be made among all the team members through the same
virtual room.
7. Students Rogelio Morales and Kevin López proposed analyzing the company "Skyworks
Solutions", based in the city of Mexicali. It was proposed because they have a close relationship
with a professor at the university and with family members within the university.
8. Students Isaac Bonilla and Juan Antonio proposed analyzing the company known as "Kenworth"
because they found great transparency with their information.
9. The student Ian Granados proposed the company "Gulfstream" by finding a great relationship
with electronics within the products handled by this company such as airplanes.
10. Finally, the student Crystofer Flores proposed the company "Honeywell" as he found its proximity,
as well as its schedule availability, creating points in favor in case of data analysis for his
research.
11. As we began to explain the companies, the options were discarded one by one for reasons of
proximity, access to information by known members of the company, and the reputation of each
company, as well as the advantages and disadvantages contained for analysis.
12. According to a democratic choice made by all team members, it was concluded that the company
"Skyworks Solutions" was the best option when researching and analyzing a company.
13. Subsequently, the student Juan Antonio gave the idea of starting to determine the roles of each
of the members for the analysis of the company.
14. Rogelio Morales was assigned the role of "Leader" for his decision-making and management
skills.
15. Juan Antonio was proposed for the role of "Creative" due to his vision and organizational skillsEl

16. The student Isaac Bonilla suggested having the role of "Evaluator", since he is a person who is
able to solve the problems that may arise during teamwork.

17. The student Kevin Lopez was assigned the role of "Practitioner", since he has the ability to
transform ideas proposed by the team into a practical way of working.
18. The student Crystofer Erck was proposed to work in the role of "Researcher" due to his great
capacity for analysis and information gathering during his time as a student.
19. Ian Granados was assigned the role of "External Collaborations Coordinator" because of his
ability to get contacts to conduct interviews for the company we will be investigating.
20. Students Rogelio Morales and Isaac Bonilla committed to interview an engineer working in the
chosen company to gather more information during the process of the written work.
21. The meeting was ended by Rogelio Morales.

Selecting a company for analysis depends on several factors, including relevance to the topic at hand,
availability of information, and importance in the field of electronic engineering. We will briefly compare
the four options proposed in the team, discussing why the choice of the company "Skyworks" may be
more appropriate for the context of a business analysis that encompasses a wider availability of
information.
Four companies were proposed:

● "Kenworth is a company engaged in the manufacture of trucks and commercial vehicles. Although it
is an important company in its industry, it is not directly related to electronic engineering, which may be
less relevant to this analysis.

● "Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is engaged in the manufacture of business jets. Although modern
aircraft contain sophisticated electronic components, the primary focus of this company is on aviation
and aerospace design, which may limit the amount of information relevant to electronic engineering.

● "Honeywell is a diversified company operating in several areas, including control and automation
technology, as well as electronics and systems manufacturing. It is a major player in the electronics
industry, but its focus encompasses a broader range of technologies, which could make the analysis
more expansive, causing the focus to shift to electronics engineering.

● "Skyworks Solutions is a company that specializes in semiconductor and wireless solutions in

electronic applications. This company sits directly at the intersection of electronics engineering as it
develops essential components for wireless devices, mobile networks, communications and more. By
focusing on semiconductors and wireless solutions, this company is likely to have a greater amount of
relevant information for an analysis in the field of electronics engineering compared to the other options
mentioned.
