Accounting Associate

Perform[cb] is looking for an Accounting Associate

to join our team who will report to the Controller.
The Accounting Associate will help perform daily
tasks that require outstanding time management
and data entry skills. You will be a highly valued
team member who will make independent
decisions while working closely with other
members of the Accounting team.

Responsibilities

Reconciling statistics with Client’s for billing

Resolve outstanding payments through
communication with departments, vendors,
and clients.
Preparation of Client invoices
Tracking platform import reconciliation &
processing
Maintaining filing and client information

Skills

College degree preferred but not required for

this entry level position
Intermediate Excel knowledge necessary
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing
routines and software
Detailed-oriented and highly organized with
the ability to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast
paced environment
Must have a can-do and proactive attitude
