17 The meeting was called to order at 9:47 in the morning Ms. Regina Rose M.
18 Abogado led the opening prayer. After which the Master of Ceremony, Ms. Nympha A.
19 Ablayan welcomed everyone for the 2nd MPM/PFP for the School Year 2021-2022. She
20 read the agenda as follow:

35 The secretary, Ms. Lawrence Jane L. Bentonon, read the minutes of the meeting.
36 After reading of the minutes, Ms. Mary Mylene J. Tacot moved for the approval of the
37 minutes as read and corrected and was seconded by Rosita D. Cari-an.

44 Mrs. Mary Mylene J. Tacot complimented and commended the teachers for
45 submitting the Learning Modules (LM) not only on time, but also ahead of the given
46 schedule.

48 She also reiterated the following reminders that she gave during the last meeting:
49  before submitting the LM, double-check it, due to minor errors
50  for online consultation, double-check the contents of the presentation slides
51  make contact with students who are unable to attend the online consultation
52  give all students the opportunity to participate in online consultations
53  ask the students switch on the camera to see and monitor participation
54  late-night follow-up queries can be answered the next morning
55  stick to the deadlines for submitting grades and reports, and keep an eye on
56 how students are progressing in their modules.

58 She congratulated the Science and Math teachers for the success of the STEM
59 month celebration. She also stated that the STEM Month was a huge success because
60 of the teachers behind the event, specifically Ma’am Ellen, Ma’am Angel, Ma'am Rubeth
61 and Sir Jaysan. She also stated that the STEM Month would not be possible without
62 Ma'am Jane.

64 For the English Area, she congratulated Ma’am Khynette on a successful conduct of
65 refresher course as well as Sir Emmanuel as the person in charge of the refresher
66 course for the day.

69 B. Student Activity Coordinator

71 Mr. Jaysan P. Omambong thanked everyone for taking part in STEM Month.
72 After which, he proposed the activities for Siena Week. The anticipated dates for the
73 aforementioned activity was December 1-8, 2021.
74 The proposed activities were as follow:

81 He also stressed that all the activities will be shown virtually. And mention that
82 his office is open for suggestions regarding the proposed activities.

88 Mrs. Gemma D. Empig announced the result of a survey about enrollment. She
89 said that as of October 22, 2021 - 420 students were officially enrolled and a
90 decrease of 92 compared to the enrolment last year.
91 For the Senior High School, only 54 out of the 76 students in Grade 11 have
92 enrolled. She stated the reason for transfer, which included a change of residence,
93 transfer to public or larger schools, some prefer online classes, and others prefer a
94 new environment. In Grade 12, there is an increase of 5-students, with one coming
95 from the private sector due to a change of residence and the four are returning
96 students.
97 For the Junior High School, there was a decrease of 32 students in the Grade 7,
98 with an enrolee of 44 students out of 76 students who were enrolled last year. For
99 the Grade 8, 20 students transferred out of 67 who were enrolled last year. In Grade
100 9, there was a decrease of 12 students. Three students from the Grade 10 were not
101 enrolled because the two students still have balance on their accounts. The other
102 reasons for transfer include a change of residence, a conflict between parents, and
103 difficulty in answering the modules.

105 According to her, she already completed and submitted the PEAC FAPE forms.
106 Out of 420 total students, there are 253 ESC recipients in Junior High School and
107 158 voucher recipients in Senior High School. There were 5 students in Junior High
108 School who unsuccessfully availed the ESC and 3 students in Senior High School as
109 voucher recipients.

111 She also encoded the students in the LIS on DepEd. She reminded the advisers
112 to always update the SF1 forms in order to have a complete records.

117 Mrs. Rosita D. Cari-an reported that approximately all publishing houses had
118 pulled out the unsold textbooks. Unused books donated to elementary schools were
119 picked up by Mrs. Lonalyn De Joseph, and St. Albert College was schedule to pick
120 them up. She also stated that the plan to create a Facebook page for the library was
121 cancelled. She also stated that the revival of the DEAR program on Wednesdays
122 has started, but no one responded.

124 She gave the following information on how to access the free trial of ODILO
125 Platform:
126  There are steps to access the App, which will be shared with all personnel.
127  The ODILO App can be downloaded to your phone by going to the "Play store"
128 and installing it.
129  Those who are using a laptop or desktop computer should select ODILO
130 platforms or download Microsoft Word.
131  The ODILO App is available for free trial; simply log in and explore the App to
132 discover a wealth of resources. Let us evaluate together before we subscribe.

134 She also noted that it may take some time to become acquainted with the ODILO
135 platforms, but with the consistent practice, one can easily navigate and see the
136 importance and usefulness that can help the students' educational learning.

141 Mrs. Michelle Lou G. Arzagon reported the active cases of COVID 19 in the city and
142 reminded everyone to be cautious and strictly adhere to the health protocol in order to
143 avoid infection. Also, she mentioned that October is the World’s Mental Health Month.
144 She inquired everyone's mental health and delivered stress-relieving tips.

147 D. Campus Ministry Office

149 Ms. Regina Rose M. Abogado congratulated and thanked all personnel for the 21st
150 FRC and Mama Mary's Caravan's success and joyous celebration. She also thanked
151 the supportive sisters and office head particularly, Sister Erlinda and Sister Edeva, as
152 well as Ma'am Tacot. She gave updates from the Campus Ministry office, such as the
153 completion of the Grade 7 Recollection last October 17, 2021 with the topic "Follow
154 Mary's Fiat to Say Yes to God." The students' and parents' recollection of Grade 8 will
155 be on October 31, 2021. Moreover, she mentioned that the Regional Bible Quiz Bee
156 was held last October 20, 2021. One of our two representatives was Racel Porcal, a
157 Grade 10 student who ranked third out of five competitors. The other one was
158 Frangelou Isla, a Grade 12 student, who ranked fourth place. She also encouraged
159 everyone to like, react, and share our official Facebook page post.

164 Sr. Edeva Jover, OP presented information from the Finance Office, emphasizing
165 that instead of writing a promissory letter, the office will simply give a forms to those
166 parents who are unable to pay the exact amount with at least 100 pesos as initial
167 payment. She encouraged everyone to like and share the school's Facebook post. She
168 also stated that the office is always open to receive requests for necessities.

175 Sr. Erlinda M. Muring, OP emphasized the notice of absence stating that if someone
176 intended to be absent, he or she should notify the office and file the notice of absence.
177 Similarly, if one of the personnel wishes to leave the school during working hours, he or
178 she must notify the office and obtain a gate pass.

180 She mentioned the virtue of being grateful for what has been bestowed to everyone.
181 She also emphasized the importance of being very careful in times of pandemic as well
182 as observing and adhering to the health protocol always.

187 Mr. Emmanuel Empig conducted an English refresher course for all personnel on
188 the topic of Verb Tenses and Ms. Lawrence Jane L. Bentonon for Grade Making.

190 Having no other matters to be taken, the meeting was adjourned at 12:16 in the
191 afternoon with a closing prayer led by Ms. Dafhne M. Quema.
