Purpose Cooperative (SLEMCOOP) my one (1) unit HONDA-MOTORCYCLE with
Chassis No. MH1KC3477JK004832 and Engine No. KC34E7005426, with full powers to
execute the necessary mortgage contract, including the power to receive the proceeds
thereto;

2. To make, sign and deliver any and all documents, deeds, instruments, receipts and/or papers
that may be necessary or required relative to the foregoing; and to do such any other act or
thing that may be required necessary or incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the
purposes for which this authority is hereby given.

I HEREBY GIVE AND GRANT unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby
