Indonesia -VISA APPLICATION

To expedite the application for Indonesian Visa, Sri Lankan nationals and other foreign nationals can apply for
Indonesian Visit Visa (maximum 60 days) through the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Colombo, Sri
Lanka.

Sri Lankan citizens who wish to apply for Indonesian Visa can make an appointment via the email
address konsuler.colombo@kemlu.go.id and with a copy to indonesianconsular.colombo@gmail.com

The applicants who have already made appointments with the visa officer will be informed to come to the
Indonesian Embassy according to the time allocated with the required documents as follow:

1. Application Form
2. Sponsor Letter
3. Original Passport
4. Copy of Passport
5. Two passport sized photographs with white background
6. Bank Statement (proven by Stamp from the Bank)/USD 2000/Equivalent in LKR
7. Travel Insurance/Statement letter will cover health expenses in Indonesia
8. Statement Letter to obey Indonesian health protocols (can be downloaded here or obtained at the
Embassy)
9. Travel itinerary
10. Copy of COVID-19 Vaccine Certificate
11. Hotel Reservation
12. Approval from Indonesian immigration (if available)

The Single-Entry Visitor Visa (60 days) can only be granted for the following activities:

1. Tourism purposes;
2. Government Official visit;
3. Business talks and meetings;
4. Purchasing goods;
5. Family emergency or humanitarian aid;
6. Transit; and
7. Journalistic.

All of the documents have to be copied/printed in A4 size papers. For efficiency, please check all the required
documents before applying to the Embassy.

The Visa Fee is LKR 55,000 and the Embassy only accepts cash payments.

Visa application process will take five working days.
