Damaged part of
cooler conveyor belt.

The repair of the conveyor was completed quickly

and the odeng was produced again, but
I summarize the considerations for maintenance of
the machine to prevent the recurrence of the same
problem.
(And the damaged conveyor is a guide belt part
that allows the odeng to enter from the upper
conveyor to the lower conveyor.)

I asked Young-nam about the cooler conveyor problem that occurred this morning. They said that it
was caused by the slightly loosened conveyor belt becoming larger by centrifugal force. They said
that this situation so rarely occurs in Korea, and they is said that it not occurs when machine
cleaning and periodically managing the tension of the conveyor.

It's not completely cleaned, so there's a lot of oil inside the machine and it's hardened.
These can lead to operational errors in the conveyor and can lead to mechanical failure.
(Accumulation of oil debris on the drive of bearings or conveyors can cause low cooler
temperatures to harden the oil debris quickly and strain the machine.)

The engineering team should check the conveyor tension once a month and clean the
conveyor and drive units using caustic soda during the factory machine cleaning period
every 2 weeks.

A and B inside the cooler, fill it with hot water,
turn it for about 2 hours, and rinse it with
clean water again to completely remove the A
