On April 22 , 2022 the Grade 4 homeroom class had a meeting. It started at 1:30 pm at
Grade 4 classroom. It started with the singing of Philippine National Anthem conducted by Karen Aday.
Prayer were through multimedia. It was followed by the attendance recognition by the adviser no other
than teacher Lorelyn P. Sabinada. After the preliminaries activity was done. It directly go to the main
purpose of the meeting.
The teacher, gave an updated their learner during the limited face to face classes. The
teacher reports the improvements of every learner during this limited face to face.
School project was tackled especially it was needed for the opening of classes. Male Comfort
Room was the immediate needs of the class. The class project were already on finished and reported as
functional.
Another agenda was the performance of the pupils and the attendance in claiming and
returning the modules. There were some learners do not claim and returned their modules. The teachers
ask the help of the parent to supervised their children in their battled on this learning modality.

Updates of DepEd programs and projects was were given priority for the information
dissemination. Preparation of the Induction of Officers was discussed . Monthly Pentakasi was reminded
especially for the coming of classes. Indeed, the HRPTA meeting were very informative.
The meeting was indeed with the excitement of the parents for the coming lilited face to face
classes.
