Gurugram to visit and distribute Re-Assessment Property Tax Bills/ Notices to the residents which falls
under the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation Gurugram for correction in new property UID's i.e.
change of name, area, address, mobile no, floor, categories etc. Surveyors/distributors are supposed to ask
WhatsApp Mobile Number and take a photograph of property as required.

For the same Work Order is being attached with Memo No. MCG/JC-1/2023/944 and
dated:04.08.2023

Tims is with reference to the tender 2023_HRY_294038_1 dated 28-06-2023 regarding
subject cited above.Your bid for the above stated work has been accepted at below
rates and conditions:-

Scope of Work:
I. Sequencing to be done by the agency after providing of login credentials by MCG.
2. Printing of Assessment Information Property Tax Notices colony wise/ward wise as
per '
approved notice format and data available on NDC Portal.
3. Distribution of Assessment information notices colony wise/ward wise for each and
every property situated in M.C Limit.
4. Collection of the following information during distribution of Assessment information
Notices (Property data will also be provided in excel format for updation on the NDC
portal by department (i.e. MCG) only: -
a. Owner name If null / NA in Built up property detail — (vacant plots not in
part updation but if found anychangesthenpropertyinformation is tobeupdated)
/With owner ship Proof And &ID, name of father /husband with proof
(Relation/Name is to be To be updated).
b. Mobile no. of owner, if Null / NA in property detail.

After delivery of Assessment Information Property Tax Notices, above information are to be collected from property
owners within stipulated time as per instructions issued by Government from time to time. The agency will have to visit
each property twice for collection of correction form with supporting documents.
