______/______ (25 points) Studio Skills: Use of Drawing Tools and Techniques
I have done my best to draw the features of my face from observation and make them appear
to have form (look 3D) by using value and shading.
I have drawn and observed lines, highlights, and shadows on my face, and avoided drawing
from schema.
I have toned my paper evenly with charcoal, and used my eraser to find highlights in my face.
I have used charcoal pencils to refine lines and edges on my features.
I show contrast in each of my drawings by including whitest whites and blackest blacks.
I have carefully and neatly applied charcoal to my paper using different techniques and erasing
rough edges to make my lines look straight.
