To: All Third Year Private Students for the Academic Year 2022-2023

Re: Request to pay outstanding tuition fees

Referring to the Rwanda Polytechnic General Academic Regulation, Article 238 of Modalities

for paying tuition fees,

I would like to remind you that the minimum amount of tuition fees payable before the end of
the first semester is 300,000 francs. The remaining installment should be paid within the first
month of the second semester's final assessments.

It is from this line that whoever has an outstanding tuition fee from the First, Second, and Third
Year will not be given the Log Book for Industrial Attachment; therefore, you are requested to
pay all outstanding tuition fees not later than 14th July 2023 in order to be eligible for industrial
attachment.
