    above property hereby acknowledge that my/our Agent has strongly recommended that I/we write the
    following subject clauses into our contract of purchase and sale:

    1. Subject to Obtaining Financing


    2. Subject to obtaining and approving a Property Disclosure Statement
    3. Subject to obtaining and approving a property Inspection Report
    4. Subject to obtaining approval for fire/property insurance
    5. Subject to obtaining and approving a title search

    I/We have decided not to have these Subject Clauses written into our contract of purchase and sale for
    the above property and take full responsibility for our actions.
