Planning to introduce a new product such as a portable television in the Bangladeshi market can

be a challenging task. As there are different factors that can exert influence on the customer’s
buying decision, we will explain the factors as following:

Awareness: The first step in consumer buying’s decision process is to become aware of the
product. Many people in Bangladesh may not be aware of the portable televisions as it is a pretty
new market here. People will tend to ignore it as there won't be as much demand here. Marketing
efforts such as advertising, social media, and word-of-mouth can help achieve this.

Interest: As the consumer gets aware of the product gradually through proper marketing efforts,
they may develop interest in it. Our portable TV will be reasonably priced and there will be
different varieties for different customers’ budget range. We also plan to introduce new different
technologies and features that other portable TV’s have not given before.

Point of Interest: Our portable TV will be much more technologically advanced than other
portable TV’s have been before. Its 13.3-inch LED TV has a built-in digital tuner, and its
antenna can stretch to provide better reception and access to more channels with a greater variety
of programming. It also has a 3.5mm earphone jack so that we can listen to it without disturbing
others. The main point of interest will be that our TV will have Touch Screen and thin bezels.
The thin bezels also tend to attract customers and for the product’s uniqueness people will tend
to buy more of this product.

Evaluation: After expressing an interest in the product, the consumer can decide whether it
meets their needs and is worthwhile purchasing. This may involve comparing the product to
similar products on the market and considering the costs and benefits of each.

Purchase: If the consumer decides to buy the product, they must consider how and where to do
so. This could include selecting a retailer or an online store, as well as deciding on a payment
method. We will include BKASH, Nagad and many other payment options. We will also give
different delivery options.

Post Purchase Evaluation: After making a purchase, the customer can assess how happy they
are with the item. If they are pleased, they might buy the product again and refer it to others. It is
necessary to build trust with potential customers. We will also offer a warranty on the product.
It is important for the company introducing the portable television to consider these different
stages of the buying decision process and to design their marketing and sales efforts accordingly.
This may involve providing information about the product's features and benefits, offering
