Machining Capacity Agreement

This Machining Capacity Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered


between;

Kronowerk Oy (VAT: FI31105294), (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier"), with the official
address at Annankatu 22 E 26, 00100 Helsinki, Finland.

and

Iceye Oy (VAT: FI26398221), (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") with the official
address at Maarintie 6, 02150 Espoo, Finland

Hereinafter, the Supplier and Customer Company shall be collectively referred to as the
"Parties" and individually as "Party"

for the purpose to define and agree upon the relevant governing aspects of the machining
capacity ordered by Iceye Oy on monthly basis during the term of Agreement.

The Agreement constitutes terms and conditions that shall govern such supply transactions
among the Parties upon mutual agreement.

Terms and conditions

1. Machining Capacity

Customer will purchase Machining Capacity from Supplier for the minimum value of
7 500,00 Euros per month during the term of Agreement.

Process cycle: Supplier will generate a quote based on jointly planned need. Customer
will generate a PO to match the quote and Supplier will invoice accordingly. Machining
deliverables are defined separately in the drawings case by case. This cycle is repeated
on monthly basis or when needed.

Emergency situations are managed separately and are not in the scope of this
agreement.

2. Capacity priority

Supplier will arrange, reserve and guarantee priority capacity for the Customer at least a
worth of minimum capacity defined in this Agreement.

Capacity planning is conducted on monthly basis jointly with Parties.

3. Confidentiality

The Parties agree to not disclose or use any information acquired during the virtue of this
agreement without the written authorization of the concerned Party to any other party outside
this agreement.

4. Arbitration

In the event of any dispute arising in and out of this Agreement between the Parties, it shall
be resolved by Arbitration.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall come into effect on the date ________ and shall continue for a period
of one year and shall be terminated according to the terms herein.

Parties may terminate this Agreement with 6 months’ notice time.

Acceptance and Signature

Both Parties shall provide their acceptance by signing below:
