AFFIDAVIT

I, INDAY A. VITOR, Filipino, of legal age, resident of Brgy. Pandan,

Sogod, So. Leyte, after having duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby
depose and states:

That I know personally PROFETIZA MARQUEZ who is my sister and

likewise a resident of Pandan, Sogod, So. Leyte;

That I know for a fact that said PROFETIZA MARQUEZ has two (2)
shares on a parcel of land located at Pandan, Sogod, So. Leyte, described as
follows:

“a portion consisting of only two (2) shares with an approximate area of 1,

140 square meters, under ARP No. 07-17-0032-00710, Lot No. 1811. The
whole portion has an area of 8, 189 sq.m., bounded as follows: North-Lot
No. 1563, East-Lot No. 2147, South-Lot No. 1811-Parts, West- Lot No.
1588,”

That during the lifetime of our parents, she was the one who took care of
them, thus, we the siblings had decided to give her additional one (1) share from
our commonly-owned above-mentioned lot;

That I am executing this affidavit for any legal purpose that may serve
thereby;
