AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLAINT

I, JINKY BAUTISTA, legal age, married, Filipino at resident in Tzu Chi Village,
Brgy. Lilo-an, Ormoc City, after being sworn to in accordance with the
law,hereby depose and state that:
1. I am the wife of ALJOBER BAUTISTA as evidenced by our marriage
certificate herein attached as an “ ANNEX A”;
2. I am executing this complaint-affidavit to charge Roderick Cobilla “Alyas
Cabiling” and Aldrian Formentera “ Alyas Cortal” MURDER defined and punished
under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code for the death of my husband,
ALJOBER BAUTISTA. The offense was committed under the circumstances
below;
3. On November 17, 2019 around 5:30 a.m in the morning. Our Purok
leader came to our house early in the morning and knocked on our door and
informed me that my husband is died near in waiting shed terminal. So I being
rush to the waiting shed terminal;
4. Around 6:00 p.m in the evening. According to the two tricycle driver
the victim suddenly arrived in the waiting shed at the terminal and asked for help,
and there were two people chasing him. The witness attempted to help the
victim, but the suspect threatened the tricycle driver with the bolo. They tried to
shout to stop the suspects, but they continued to stab the victim. So the two
tricycle drivers ran so they could call the police. The sworn affidavit attesting to
the foregoing is attached as “ANNEX B”;
5. Police Officer PCMS Jackson Silivan
