Informal letter

Dear Yana,
Hi! How is it going? How is your work? I hope everything is pretty good.
I`m sorry that I didn’t write you. My previous week was full of work and
now I`m so weary. Although, I had a lot of work, I have also bought an
interesting book and I want to ask you about your taste in books.

I've been trying to relax and unwind with a good read whenever I can find
the time. Reading is such a wonderful escape from the daily grind, don't
you think? Anyway, the book I have recently picked up is called "Ugly
love" by Colleen Hoover. It's a novel about complicated relationship
between two people and how they can deal with all problems which they
faced with. Have you heard of it or read it? I'm really looking forward to
diving into it soon.

I'm curious about your favorite books or any recommendations you might
have. Do you enjoy fiction or are you more into non-fiction? Perhaps you
have a particular genre or author you're fond of? Sharing book
recommendations is always a great way to discover new stories and
authors.

In other news, how have you been spending your free time lately? Any
interesting hobbies or activities you've taken up? I'd love to hear about
what's been keeping you busy and what's been bringing you joy.

Hope to hear from you soon, and let's catch up when we both have some
free time. Take care!

With love,

Lera.

Dear Yana,

Thanks for your last email. I’m happy that you had a wonderful time,
except the story with lost phone. It sounds like a truly massive and
exciting event with such a diverse range of attendees. I can only imagine
the energy and enthusiasm that must have filled the air. I think that maybe
I would also like to visit such party. But, to tell the truth, my colleagues
and I also celebrated Halloween and had a party for all our students.

If we talk about my impressions, they’re pretty good. We invited for

party more or less 150 people. It is a huge amount, isn’t it? By the way,
kids were all ages and grades, from toddlers to teenagers. We had a
costume contest, pumpkin carving and other fun Halloween-themed
activities. The kids enjoying themselves, and the teenagers finding it a
great opportunity to socialize and have a memorable time.

Nevertheless, we also had a funny story which connected to one of my

students. He came to our party with wonderful red jacket and he put it in
some room. Of course, he had fun and forgot about his jacket. When the
party finished, he realized that he couldn’t find his jacket. My friends and
I started searching for it and we found 3 red jackets and none of them was
his. But all in all he found his item in room, where he left it. Oh, kids…

I hope my story makes you funny. So, write and let me know! Say hi to
your family from me, see you soon!

Best regards,

Lera.
