IN THE COURT OF THE HONOUREABLE JUDICIAL FIRST CLASS MAGISTRATE AT NALGONDA. Honoured Madam/ Sir, The facts of the case are
that, on 21-10-2023 at 12.30 hours the complainant namely Gaddam Sugunamma W/o Mallesham, aged: 40 years, caste: Rajaka, occ: Agril,. R/o G.Yedavelly
village of Kanagal mandal, Nalgonda Dist, Cell: 7095053055 came to Police station, Kanagal and lodged a Telugu written petition, in which she stating that, On
20.10.2023 at about 08.30 hrs the accused persons 1) Bogaraju Kiran S/o Yadaiah, 2) Gaddam Sravan S/o Shankaraiah, 3) Bogaraju Sravan S/o Yadaiah, 4)
Bogaraju Swami S/o Lingaiah were criminal trespass in the house of complainant and beaten with stick on her husband head and left hand due to without any
issue. As a result her husband received sustained injuries. Later the same accused persons beaten with hands to her daughters & son in law and also pulled her hair
of complainant. Her husband was shifted to Govt. hospital Nalgonda for treatment and admitted in the hospital. Today the complainant came to police station and
given a petition. Hence he requested to take legal action against them as per law. As per the contents of the above complaint, I registered a case in
Cr.No.151/2023 U/s: 324, 323, R/w 34 IPC and took up the investigation.
