Lube Oil System
General .1
• The lube oil system has the task of lubricating the gas turbine bearings, the
auxiliary drive gear, the main gear, the coupling and the driven compressor
bearing.
• The control oil system has the task of lubricating the gas turbine bearing n.o
2, feeding the position actuator (electro-hydraulic positioner ACV 101 and
hydraulic cylinder CYL 301) for the compressor inlet guide vanes, supplying
the jacking pump PU 204 with oil and the barring gear clutch (controlled by
solenoid valve ZV 103).
• The oil systems are of the same brand at different pressure levels .A common
oil reservoir integrated in the gas turbine frame is therefore employed.
• The max. capacity of reservoir at standstill 6600 liters and during operation
5500 liters. Min. quantity is 4500 liters.
• The oil filling opening is located in the top cover of the reservoir. And the two
tank drains are located on each side of the base frame.
