Dear Mr. Papellero,

I would like to be considered for the position of HR Sr. Assoc. Manager. I’ve been with Sutherland for
almost 17 years. I started with Sutherland as an Agent and worked my way up as A Sr. Assoc Manager.
Based on my experience, I make the perfect candidate for the post as I have vast experience and
knowledge of the way our company works. I also can bring many skills to the job.

My experience in my current role has helped me build up my knowledge in the areas of Human
Resource. I’ve partnered with different program HR a lot of time which helped me get a better
understanding on being a program HR. As a Sr. Assoc. Manager, people are the most important asset
that we invest in which is the same with Human Resource. Which is why one of my best suites is being
adept in employee relations. I always make sure that all their request is being accommodated or at least
find a way to meet halfway.

I feel that I have valuable skills to add to the role as well. I can stick to deadlines as I have good time
management skills and work well under pressure. Most of the time, I start my day early to be able to
jump into my task and to be able to finish it early as I want to use my spare time to catch up with my
Team and review their performance. I enjoy working as a part of a team because it gives me insights that
could help me improve and to provide better judgment. I have good people skills, excellent
communication skills, and organizational skills. I’m also particular into documentation and reports which
is why I’ve made it to the point to be proficient in MS Office specially Excel.
