ANALYSIS AND REPORTING

People usually react based on their own stand on a situation that might be an influence
from the norms they believed in, and they thought was right. In every situation there’s a choice
on how to respond, but there are also situations that might be too triggering, revealing some
deviancy which was caused by the trigger someone pulled to that person exerting the deviant
behavior.

Upon witnessing minor teens cursing loudly and making fun of their friends changing
clothes at the seashore. Analyzing the roots of why they did and why they reacted that way
made me think about the contribution of peer pressure and lack of social norms awareness of
these children. Teens may engage in this behavior to fit in with their friends or be part of the
group considering that they may not fully understand the social norms and expected behavior in
public places.

On the second situation, friends drinking in a public place despite signs prohibiting it.
This is usually because they prefer enjoyment over following rules despite knowing that it's
wrong and prohibited to drink in such places and friends might be influenced by each other to
drink in that kind of setting.

Sister making fun of a cat drawing on its face may be due to her sister's boredom that
led to this behavior, as she didn't have a productive or entertaining way to spend her time. And
might not fully understand or empathize with how her actions affect the cat.

Last situation, interrupting a study session for an upcoming quiz. It's either he may not
be aware of the importance of the study session or the need to ask before interrupting or joining.
And there may have been a breakdown in communication or understanding about the study
session's purpose.

In all these situations, your response represents an attempt to encourage conformity or

adherence to established rules and norms. It's essential to consider that encouraging conformity
isn't always about imposing rules but often involves educating and understanding the societal
norms and values that underlie these rules.
