RESOLUTION ENDORSING THE PROPOSED ROAD CONCREATING PROJECT TO

CONGRESSMAN LRAY VILLAFUERTE THRU THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM
FOR BICOL INTEGRATED AREA DEVELOPMENT AGRARIAN REFORM COMMUNITY

WHEREAS, Aliar Small Coconut Farmers Agrarian Reform Cooperative (ALCOFARCO)

wherein the major crop produced is coconut, banana and other rootcrops which some areas find
difficulties in transporting their agricultural products to markets.

WHEREAS, The ALCOFARCO (Aliar Small Coconut Farmers Agrarian Reform Cooperative is a
registered to the Department of Labor in Employment (DOLE), Philippine Coconut Authority
(PCA), Department of Agriculture (DA) and to Local Government Unit (LGU) as NGO PO’s and
soonest to the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA).

WHEREAS, The ALCOFARCO is one of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organization

(ARBO) who exhausted efforts and action to the best serve its 165 farmer’s members including
of requests for funding of farm to Market Road however despite of action undertaken it was
unsuccessful due to financial inadequacy.

WHEREFORE, premises considered on motion presented by Chairperson Rowena P. Sibulo

and Seconded by Marlina M. Capendit be it.

RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved a resolution endorsing the Proposed Road Concreating

project, located at Zone 6 Sitio Salvacion Alianza San Fernando Camarines Sur of the
Department of Agrarian Reform for Bicol Integrated Area Development Agrarian Reform. And
Aliar Small Coconut Farmers Agrarian Reform Cooperative (ALCOFARCO) San Fernando.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be furnished to all the offices
concerned for thier information and reference purpose.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED. This 24th day of May 2023 at ALCOFARCO Alianza San
Fernando Camarines Sur.
