APPLICATION FOR THE POSTION OF YOUTH OFFICER

I write to apply for the above mentioned post which was advertised through what-Sapp job
vacancies forum

I am a young man aged 26 and I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Gender and
Development obtained in 2019 at LUANAR University. I also have a Certificate in Project
Management, Monitoring and Evaluation which I obtained at a training workshop organized
by the Excellence Assured in coordination with chancellor college of Malawi. I have also
acquired and have inborn leadership skills throughout life time since primary education to
tertiary level where I worked for two years as president of students union (LUANAR
university: Bunda campus), I have worked as head-boy and students union president
respectively.

I have worked with community members with the different level during the time I was sensitize
them about the impact of illiterate cycle from the parent to young ones and back to elderly. I
have worked as data entry clerk at CODE matrix operated under baobab health. I have worked
as an intern at ministry of Gender, children, disability and social welfare and ministry of
Transport and public works. I have also worked as secondary part time teacher at
Tsokamkanansi CDss.

I have good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills which if taken will be beneficial
to your organisation by enhancing the goals of the organisation. I work under minimal
supervision and possess some leadership skills. I am structured and organized, hard worker,
disciplined, reliable and strong sense of maturity, responsible and achiever. I am goal oriented
in ensuring high quality and timely delivery of results. I am a team player and I work equally
effective alone. Iam also very competent in the use of various computer packages.
