1. Presentation drawing out-put (manual drafting only) use A3 size drawing paper for:
a. Site development plan scaled fit to one (1) A3 paper size
b. For every Floor level plan use 1-A3 paper scaled to fit paper size
c. Indicate dimensions, space text labels, proper alphabet of lines, fixtures and symbols.
d. Rendering will enhance your drawing out-put.
2. Space Planning and Design considerations:
a. Comply with the Laws, Codes and Standards;
i. National building code of the Philippines
ii. Fire code of the Philippines
iii. Batas Pambansa BP-344
b. Design Considerations;
i. Consider passive cooling techniques.
ii. Energy efficient building
iii. Advance access control system for excellent security as a smart building.

October 31, 2023 (Tuesday) until 5pm at Room-106
The Project site:
A corner-through lot, relatively flat in terrain. Bounded on the north and eastern side is a proposed 12.0
meters wide road right of way with a rotunda, on the west side is an existing road, on the south-east side a
vacant lot that will rise the future Tarlac legislative building as shown in the image below.
