METHODOLOGY
This study was design to determine the Lack of instructors material supply of
students in Jomalig National High School. In this chapter, it presented the materials and
procedures used in this study. It also included the research design, population and
sampling, research instrumentation, data gathering procedure and statistical treatment.
Likewise, it will identify the respondents and the sampling techniques employed in the
study. Validation techniques for the instrument and data gathering procedure will
completely utilize.

Research Design
This study is non-experimental research where the researcher utilized a quantitative
approach in gathering and analyzing the necessary data. Descriptive method was used
in this study. It deals with the process of determining the Lack of instructors material
supply of senior high school of JNHS. This study was descriptive because it described
the level of lack of educational supply in terms of Communication, Facility/Student
Interaction, Assignments, Exams and Grading and Supplementary in structural
methods. It involves the systematic collection and analytic and processing of statistical
data by conducting a survey questionnaire on the sample size of respondents. In order
to describe a statistical data, the researcher will analyze the data by using statistical
analysis. This study focused on determining the lack of educational supply. The
researcher used the quantitative approach of research in gathering necessary data. In
this study, the descriptive method of research was used, it is employed to identify the
lack of instructors material supply of Senior High School of JNHS.

Research Locale
This study was conducted in Jomalig National High School where all the Grade 11
students have varied Lack of instructors material supply of students at JNHS.Because
the required respondents are more easily accessible and available at the researchers'
current address during the course of the investigation, the researchers chose the
aforementioned Grade 12 subject instructor

Respondents
2

The population of this study are Senior High School students who are the all
Grade 11. It will be conducted at the Jomalig National High School (JNHS). The total
number of respondents are 90 students.

Population and Sampling

The population group of this study are the senior high school students with the
total of 108 students. To get the total number of respondents with a total of 90 students,
the respondents will be chosen using pure random sampling.

Instrumentation
The researchers utilized checklist-type of survey questionnaire to determine the
Lack of educational supply of Jomalig National High School Students to the Lack of
instructors material supply. The checklist-type of survey questionnaire was used as the
main tool to gather information by using adopted survey questionnaire for this study.

Instrument Validation
For the validation process of this study, the researcher asked first their practical
research II teacher to check if their adopted survey questionnaire is valid. Also the
researcher’s subject teacher will check the grammar and content of this questionnaire.

Data Gathering procedure

In order to make this study more possible, the researcher asked a permission to
the Teacher In-Charge (TIC) In a form of approval letter from the office of the principal
of JNHS, to allow the distribution of the questionnaire to the senior high school students
they scheduled the conduction of the survey questionnaire. The researcher explained
and introduced the purpose and the significance of this study for the data analysis, they
analyzed and interpreted wise the gathered data using the quantitative approach.

Statistical Treatment
The gat1hered data was tabulated, analyzed, tallied, and interpreted statistically to
determine the Lack of educational supply of Jomalig National High School to the supply
provided by the school.

1. weighted Mean to determine the senior High School Students of Lack of instructors
material supply.

The formula is:

4f + 3f + 2f + 1f

WM= N

Where:

WM- Weighted Mean

f- Frequency of Responses
N- Total number of respondents

The following scale points and descriptive rating were referred for analysis.
SCALE POINTS RANGE DESCRIPTIVE
4 3.51-4.00 Strongly agree
3 2.51-3.50 Agree
2 1.51-2.50 Disagree
1 1.00-1.50 Strongly disagree

2. Percentage of the respondents to determine the demographic profile.

The Formula is:
n

P= N X 100

Where:
P-Percentage of respondents
n- Number of respondents
N- Total number of respondents
