Money can buy happiness •◡•

debate finals .

*dancing // bhangra or dancing stroll*

Do you know WHY I am SOOOOO happy today??? I just got a new

IPAD and AM VERY VERY VERY HAPPY because of it.

I, Eshaal Faizan, from 6-E can bet 1 MILLION DOLLARS that money
CAN indeed buy you happiness.

I wonder if all you LOVELY ladies in this room would be happy with a 10
KAROT DIAMOND RING. I’m 100% sure you will, and JUST IN CASE
you’re denying it, heart-to-heart, you know you want it.

Lets see, Learning Alliance is a VERY expensive school but gives me

the BEST EDUCATION and a BRIGHT FUTURE which will lead to MY
long term happiness.

Even Studies have proven that money does lead to happiness.. When
we wonder whether money can buy happiness, we may consider the
LUXURIES it provides, expensive dinners and lavish vacations. But cash
is key in another critical way: It helps people avoid many of the
day-to-day hassles that cause stress.

Money can provide calm and control, allowing us to buy our way out of
unforeseen bumps in the road, whether it’s a minor nuisance, like
dodging a rainstorm by ordering an Uber, or a bigger worry, like handling
an unexpected hospital bill, says Harvard researcher professor Jon.

“Whoever said money can't solve your problems must not have enough
money to solve them” is another quote by the famous singer, Ariana
Grande.

It's even hard for me to believe what the debate is about. Look at our
daily lives. Money makes the world go around. Does having the best ice
cream make you happy? Doesn't getting those yummy warm fries and
chilly Oreo milkshakes from our school cafeteria make us happy? Even if
I’m sad, I would rather be CRYING in a lamborghini.

So I ask my fellow opponents who are trying to convince the honourable

judges that money DOESN’T buy you happiness, Give me 100 dollars
and watch me smile. *smirk/check out*

Thank you!
