Subject: General Education Society Proposed Budget for Projects and Activities for the
whole Academic Year 2023-2024

Dear Fr. Abellanosa:

Urian Greetings!

The General Organization Officials from the General Education Society would like to request that the requested
budget for the proposed projects and activities for the benefit of the students within the General Education
Society during the Academic Year 2023–2024 be taken into consideration. The allocated funds will be employed
for forthcoming events and projects that aim to provide benefits to both students and the broader public
throughout the academic year 2023-2024.

Various activities will be conducted by the organization. The General Education Day will be held on February 7,
2024, and will take place at the AVR2 and CBS Open Area. The said event will help the organization enhance
team building for students. Students will play various games including E-Games and Laro ng Lahi games.
Winners will be rewarded in the said events. Together with that, a donation drive will be hosted by the
organization. The proceeds of this event will be given to a specific public elementary school. The proposed
budget for this event comes out of a total of 7,800 pesos.

The organization will also place a motivational bulletin board, where students and teachers can put up
motivational notes for everyone to see. The motivational bulletin board will be attached on January 22, 2024,
and the proposed budget comes out of a total of 1,100 pesos.

The organization also would like to request for budget as a counterpart for the expenses of the student’s
organizational shirt. A counterpart of 50 pesos per organization member is requested. A total of 73 students will
be covered for this budget. The remaining amount will be covered by the organization member. The proposed
budget comes out of a total of 3,650 pesos.

Here attached is the breakdown of the budget proposal for the said event and project.
