In this session, we explore the following concepts:

1. What is a planting calendar?


2. What is a work plan?
3. Prepare a schedule for production activities based on enterprise requirements and
plan.

ACTIVITY Group Work for Brainstorming

Given situation:

Based on your observation on the farm, how do farmers plan their work activities? Do they have a
schedule of activities to be done for the day? Or prepare a work plan to be accomplished for the day?
1. Group the students into four (4) groups.
2. Each group should select its leader and reporter.
3. Each group will prepare a suggested scheduleof activities or work plan a farmer should
do in 1-week time.
4. Prepare the schedule of activities using a chart or Template.
5. The reporter will present to the class the consolidated work of the group.
