A. PASTOR EZRA WORK

First of all – since we will have only 2 working scholarship students, you should be ready to
work with scholarship students as work demands
Secondly, the followings are some of the specific works, which can be done by you and if
you need help at any works, you can ask Sir. Siemboi and Sir. Bishal
Do not give work only to scholarship students – you will have to do work and if you need
help scholarship students will help you, since scholarship students will have their work lot
already.
The followings work are to be done by you mostly:
a). To change full Gas pipe
b). All electrical works in all institution
- Checking what is damage in all institution

St. Paul PU college – kamanahalli
AECS – Chellekere
BKC - Kacharakanahalli
- Get 3 or more quotations for all institutions
- Send to Sir. Siemboi 3 quotations and Sir. Siemboi will Get approval from the
President and acting President
- Then,
- Repairing will begin after all quotations work is done

c). STP checking – in all institution – to make sure its is all working every week

d). CCTV – to make sure all cctvs are working every week

e). Internet and Electrical bill matters, collecting bills, and paying bills

f). BBMP related work

Get 3 or more quotations for every work – Send the 3 quotations to Sir. Siemboi and Sir. Siemboi will
get approval from the President and acting President
B. MR. HEZEKIAH

b). All vehicles to keep fit and clean
- start daily -or 3 times in a week
- wash all vehicle in a month 3-5 times
- wipe dust every week
c). Driving
e). Tiles Works – AECS and St. Paul Class rooms repairing
f). Security - AECS campus – to lock every night – to go ground the campus in a day 2-3
times
g). AECS – office building – computer room – door lock and window grill set up
h). St. Paul School, Chellekere
