IN CASE OF EMERGENCY THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS SHALL BE COMPLIED WITH BY ALL PERSONNEL INCLUSIVE OF
VISITORS, SUBCONTRACTORS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES.
1. REPORT THE SITUATION IMMEDIATELY AND RAISE THE ALARM
2. IF POSSIBLE TURN OFF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES AND SWITCHES.
3. LEAVE THE BUILDING IN AN ORDERLY MANNER CLOSING ALL DOORS.
4. IF YOU ARE NOT ASSIGNED AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE TASK PROCEED TO THE EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY AREA.
5. STAY AT ASSEMBLY POINT UNTIL FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS
6. WHEN EMERGENCY IS OVER EMERGENCY CO ORDINATOR WILL INFORM NO HAZARD PRESENT AT SITE THEN YOU CAN GO TO WORK SITE.
7. IF SOME BODY IS INJURED, DO NOT TOUCH HIM IF YOU ARE NOT FIRST AIDER
8. IF YOU ARE FIRST AIDER ASSESS THE SITUATION FIRST AND THEN MOVE TO HELP.
9. WHILE GIVING FIRST AID ASK SOME BODY TO CALL FOR AMBULANCE.
