Subject: Resignation from the Coding Club

Dear President/ Club Administrator

I am writing to formally resign from my position as the Operational Manager of the Coding Club at
Trinity Institute of Professional Studies, Dwarka, New Delhi.

This decision has not been easy for me, but due to unforeseen personal reasons, I find it necessary to
step down from my role at this time. I have greatly enjoyed my time working with the Coding Club
and have learned a tremendous amount during my tenure. I think there are many candidates present
in club who can handle this position better than me.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the entire team at Trinity Institute of
Professional Studies for the support, guidance, and camaraderie I have experienced during my time
here. I have valued the relationships I have built and the opportunities for professional growth.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding regarding my
resignation.

Thank you once again for the opportunity to serve as the Operational Manager of the Coding Club. I
wish the club and Trinity Institute of Professional Studies continued success in the future.
