Subject: Resignation from the Coding Club

Dear President and Club administrator,

I hope this letter finds you well. It is with mixed emotions that I am writing to formally resign from
my position as Vice President at Alfa Group,

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunities, support, and growth that I have
experienced during my time at Alfa Group. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with
some truly talented individuals and have been fortunate to contribute to several significant projects.

However, recent experiences have led me to the difficult decision to resign from my role. It has
become increasingly clear that my opinions and contributions are not valued as I had hoped, and I
have often felt disrespected and unheard. It is essential for me to work in an environment where my
ideas are respected and where I can contribute fully to the success of the team.

I would like to emphasize that my decision to leave Alfa Group is not a reflection of the positive
experiences and growth I have had here. I have learned a great deal during my tenure and have
developed both personally and professionally. I will carry these experiences with me as I embark on
the next chapter of my career.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the entire Alfa Group team for the support and
opportunities you have provided me. I have genuinely enjoyed working with and have learned a lot
that will benefit me in my future endeavors.

Once again, I want to express my appreciation for the experiences and growth I have gained at Alfa
Group. I wish the company continued success in the future.

Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to a positive transition process.

Sincerely,

Saniya sahi

Vice President,

Alfa Coding Club.
