Texas Dirt Nationals

~~$8000.00 in guaranteed money(as of 2-16-07) and growing!! Races will be held at Tri-State Speedway in Amarillo,
Texas. Saturday,August 11, 2007! Rain date August 12! Track opens Friday, August 10 at 12:00 p.m. for sign up and
move in. Practice at 7:00p.m. Track opens at 7:00 Sat. morning. Registration 8:00-10:00, Hot Laps-9:30-11:00, race @
12:00p.m.(SIGN IN BY 10:00 A.M. OR RUN SCRATCH IN HEATS). Tri-State Speedway is a 1/7th mile, dirt oval
banked 15 degrees, with indoor bathrooms, showers, scale and tech area. Concessions, a grill and electrical hookups in

~~$50.00 entry fee for all classes before 7-1-07, after $65.00 till day of race. $15 pit pass-day of race. $10/car to
practice Friday night. $5 general admission on race day. $25 Awarded to all pole winners in guaranteed classes. Dash
for cash race in all classes-$20/car, 5 car min.-10 laps paying $100 to win!!! Will run 1 practice Sat. morning with
heats to follow. 2 heats and 1 main will be ran in each class w/top 24 in points from heats going to main. Will tech Top
3 in all classes!! All karts will enter grid with a dry tank. Methanol stamp to be purchased for $10 day of race. Chest
protectors for kids 12 and under mandatory in open karts!! 15 year olds must declare on entry form which class they
will run(Jr2,3 or Stock; Mini2 or Sr champ).

~~Jr 1 Lite(250lbs), Heavy(265lbs)- (Age 8-11), 5hp stock Briggs, .425 purple rest. on intake. Track’s methanol.
~~Jr 2 Heavy(290lbs), Jr 3 Heavy(320lbs)- Age 12-15, 5hp stock Briggs, .505 gold rest. On intake. Track’s methanol.
~~Stock Med.(345lbs), Heavy(370lbs)-Age 15 & up, 5hp stock Briggs, using track’s methanol.
~~Sr Champ Kart(425lbs)-Age 15 & up, engines can be blue wazoom or stock animal, must run Burris SS55 tire.
Track’s methanol. 13 car min. to pay purse in this class only!!!! 11 cars or less, run for entry fees @ $50 x number of
cars!

Boxstock-Age 5-8, open karts with 24 second minimum lap time.
Jr Animal(265lbs)-Age 8-10, stock animal, black 3 hole rest., vega oval yellow tire, track’s methanol.
Mini 1 kage-Age 5-10, stock Briggs, .425 Hortsman blue restrictor at(325lbs) or stock animal, black 3 hole rest. at
(350lbs). Track’s methanol. Top Wings optional.
Mini 2 kage-Age 11-15, stock Briggs at(350lbs) or stock Animal at(375lbs). Track’s methanol. Top Wings optional.
