Preparation
1 In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage,
ground pork, ginger, scallions, low-
sodium soy sauce, dark soy sauce,
sesame oil, Shaoxing wine, cornstarch,
egg, and salt. Mix well to combine.

This is amazing! I love them so much. I made
them for my family on several occasions. If
you don’t want to eat them all or them at
once then put them in a plastic snap lock bag
and freeze them. After cook them whenever
you want.

I used ground chicken because it's what I
had and it was a family winner. Even my kids
devoured them! My only tip is to not
overstuff- only about a teaspoon for filling.

try not to have TO much filling or to thin
wrappers. we kinda had to home make
wrappers so, if possible try to buy them.

Amazing, i didn’t have the time
to make the sauce, but i ate it
with soy sauce and it was
soooooo good! Ps: the Shaoxing
wine really makes the difference,
if you don’t have it for this
recipe, go buy it, it’s pretty
cheap!
