Dear Sir or Madam,

Further to our conversations, most recently in early January and at Easter, we


should be grateful if you could clear all obstructions on the right of way from our
property over your property as soon as possible.

We have noticed obstructions, including a heap of soil and small boat, are
blocking the right of way in the area close to the gate at the end of our property.
These have not been cleared, despite our requests.

In the last couple of weeks we have also noticed a new, large obstruction appear
that completely blocks a section of the right of way.

The Land Registry title to our property states that we have “a right of way at all
times and for all purposes in connection with the use and enjoyment of the
property with or without horses and vehicles over the land shown coloured
brown on the plan”. Please find enclosed a copy of this plan for your reference.
