(1) Frequency output (optional)
Allows you to generate 4 pulse signals of the car speed with the following parameters: Lower level of input voltage:
UILmax = 1.5V; (I = 1mA)
UILmin = 5.5V; (I = 1mA)
Frequency: UILmax = 1.6KHz; Pulse duration: tmin = 207 s
(2) Sensor Power Supply
The power supply of the sensors available on the car can be carried out on 3 lines: 5V (1 line) and 8V (2 lines).
(3) Output power lines
All output power lines are divided into 6 groups (G1, G2, G3, G4, G5 and G6), each of which must use
Effective fuse: in groups 1, 2 and 3, a fuse of 15A shall be used; in groups 4, 5 and 6, a fuse with a rating of 20A
shall be used.
All output lines have a short-circuit diagnostic function. In the event of a short circuit, the power supply in the circuit is switched off.
For more information, see the settings blade of the connector D pin-out table below.
A number of outputs have the function of controlling the current in the circuit. For more information on such outputs, see the table
column indicating the parameters marked “SENSE”.
Regardless of whether there is a break or a short circuit in the controlled circuit, if the current exceeds the specified range, the system
will issue a command to display the corresponding error message on the devices.
For some types of consumers requiring significant current or related to inductive devices, it is necessary to supply
power through relays. In these cases, the outputs of the system are used to control the windings of relays, such as
a wiper relay.
(4) Signal output with variable duty cycle
The CBCU has one output for generating a pulse-width modulation control signal, which is used by
Is used to adjust the brightness of the backlight switches at night.
