Should universities be free for everyone?

Education plays a crucial role in a person’s outlook .This essay will discuss why I
strongly believe that university should be free of cost for everyone.
-The primary reason why I believe that universities should not charge tuition free
to students is that not everyone can afford it.So,there is a possibility that
brilliant minds might not be able to acquire higher education,simple because they
are unable to pay for it.An outstanding student’s weak financial status impeding
his academic progress cannot be justified.
-Therefore,every student should be entitled to university education free of
cost ,because they might prove to be exceptional academic performers.In addition to
the possibility of wasting talent,I’m of the view that every citizen should be
provided level-playing field with regards to employment opportunities.This can only
be ensured when every student has access to university education free of charge ,
because only then would they able to compete with each other in the job market.
-For instance,in a job interview,a candidate from an affluent family,whose father
paid for his university lectures,would definitely have advantage over someone who
could not receive a formal university education,because his family could not afford
it.
-To conclude , university should be free of cost because brilliant minds not be
able to pay for it.Further,everyone should be equal opportunities irrespective of
their financial status:charging students for lectures is not the way to do it.
