Dear Miss Cross,

I am writing this letter requesting permission to have a class party.I think this would be a
great time to take our minds off of school for a bit.It would be a very exciting and fun activity for
the class.

This function would be held in our class and it would be from about 8:30 a.m. in the
morning to 2:30 p.m. in the afternoon on December 16, 2022,normal school hours.We would
invite a few of our friends to the function because it would be the last day of school and it would
be on a Friday.There would be a lot of activities and games such as : pop the ballon,card
pack,domino,ludi,musical chair,catch phrase,etc.There would also be refreshments and it would
be free of cost.This party would end off the school term with a blast for us,so if you could just
make the party happen it would be much appreciated and you won’t regret it.
